Thanks for covering the game. We're not going to bury you in legalese. Here's what you need to know:

You Can

  • Stream, record, upload, and monetise any and all gameplay from ZERO PARADES: For Dead Spies. It's yours to use.
  • React, critique, praise, roast. Say whatever you want. We don't require positive coverage, and we'd think less of you if you faked it.
  • Use gameplay footage in compilations, video essays, podcasts, reviews, tier lists, whatever.
  • Create and monetise derivative content (thumbnails, edits, memes, go for it).

We Ask

  • Respect embargo dates. Don't publish or go live before the date and time we give you if you receive access to the game from us. If you're unsure, ask.
  • No leaked builds. Don't redistribute files, upload them anywhere, or let anyone else access your build. Play it, don't share it.
  • Spoiler courtesy. When you share content, be aware that ZERO PARADES is a narrative game. We kindly ask you not to spoil major events to your fellow gamers in headlines, thumbnails, etc.

Don't

  • Sell standalone products or merch using game content (screenshots on t-shirts, posters, etc.).
  • Sublicense your footage to third parties. Your gameplay is yours to publish on your channels, but you can't license it to ad agencies, film/TV productions, or other commercial campaigns.
  • Imply official partnership or endorsement. Don't use ZA/UM trademarks, logos, or artwork in a way that suggests we sponsor, endorse, or are officially affiliated with you or your channel (unless we actually are, in which case see below).

The Boring Bit

  • ZA/UM retains all intellectual property rights in ZERO PARADES: For Dead Spies, including all audiovisual assets, characters, music, and story content. Your licence to use gameplay footage is non-exclusive, worldwide, and revocable only if you breach these guidelines.

  • We will not claim, strike, or Content ID your videos so long as you follow the above.
